2017 Session III Class Schedule Available

We are happy to share with you the new schedule for junior and adult classes for May and June, with the new session officially starting on April 24th. There are some changes to the schedule that I would like to point out:

  • *Changed* Adult Intermediate now 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm on Mondays
  • *New* Silver I class 4:00 pm-5:30 pm will be offered on Tuesdays
  • *Changed* Silver I class now 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm on Wednesday, Silver II will stay the same
  • *Changed* Gold will now be split into Gold I and Gold II, times will be unaffected
  • *Changed* High School/Middle School class now 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm on Sundays

In addition to these changes, the front desk will now be enforcing the following policies:

  • Cap sizes on classes, which can be found on the schedule, will not be exceeded to ensure there are enough coaches and courts for classes, as well as available courts for members to use. Registration will be first come first serve, but your spot will be guaranteed only once payment has been processed by the front desk.
  • Late registration fees will be in effect starting on the first day of the class. Late registration will not exceed the set maximum size.
  • Cancellation policy: if you or your child plans to miss a class or more, please email coach@seattlebadminton.com at least 24 hours in advance so we can schedule a make-up class or credits for the next session. We will go over the cap if we confirm a make-up but we will not exceed the cap if we have not been notified prior to the class.
  • Switching classes: Students cannot change classes without an email notification and we cannot make a change if the class is at capacity.
