The fixed-partner ladder takes place every Tuesday from 8pm to 10pm. During each session, you will play with a fixed partner against other pairs (it is fine if you play with a different partner on a different day). Every night we have a max limit of 35 pairs to play in the fixed-partner ladder. Please register soon to reserve your spot! If you don’t have a partner, you can also sign up to request a partner. We will try our best to pair you up with another player.
Ladder registration will randomly open between 8pm Tuesday through 8pm Wednesday one week prior to the next session. ** The current week’s session will close by 5pm Tuesday day of ladder. Event is for active members ONLY.
** As a courtesy, we ask that all ladder participants arrive no earlier than fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of the game. This will allow for additional court time for other members who are not participating in the ladder. Ladder participants occupying a court prior to the 15 minute window will be asked to vacate the court to allow non-ladder participant members court time.

Sign-Up Process:
1. Login at http://seattlebadmintonclub.com/security.aspx page and select to join the Fixed-Partner ladder. If you are a new to the program, please click on the ‘New to League’ link to register first.
2. Select a specific date for the ladder play, select your partner’s name on the player list on the right, and then click the ‘Register’ button. Each pair needs to register only once. Please make sure to get your partner’s agreement before your register.
If you don’t have a partner, you can click the ‘Register’ button without selecting a partner. SBC will try our best to pair you with other similar level players (no 100% guarantee).
3. If for any reason you or your partner can’t make the ladder, please contact SBC at ladder@seattlebadminton.com before 5pm on the ladder day. There is a NO SHOW penalty (5 points) – The penalty will be applied to the player’s final score for four weeks.
No Show Penalty:
Following situation will end with a NO SHOW PENALTY (5 points). This penalty will be applied to the player’s final score for four weeks. The player will also not be allowed to participate in the following week’s ladder.
- The Player registered for the session and did not show up without notifying SBC four (4) hours before league start time. * (Four hours notification will allow us to contact players who are on the waitlist for the session.)
- The player did not complete all of his/her scheduled games without prior approval of the on-duty league manager.
