SBC Class Make-Up Policy

Students/Parents have to send an email to coach@seattlebadminton.com 24 hours in advance to notify SBC of the absence prior to the start of the class time/day (except in emergency cases as determined by SBC). Inquiries have to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested make-up class.

Each inquiry has to be approved by SBC prior to attending the make-up class. This make-up policy applies to all Junior classes (except Team Competition Class; there are no make-ups in Team Competition classes) and Adult classes.

All make-up classes needs to be completed within the same session and do not transfer over to the new session.


Make Up Class Policy:

  • Make-up class(es) subject to the availability and must be completed within the same session. Make-up classes will not carryover to the next session. NO refund or class credit for missed class(es).
  • We kindly ask each student to please notify SBC as early as possible if he/she will not be in attendance for a particular class. This would allow SBC ample time to contact other students on the “class make-up waitlist” for the available class, space.

Cancellation Registration Policy: 

  • Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled before seven (7) days prior to start of the session. NO refund after the session has begunAdministration fee $40.00 to be applied to all cancellations
  • Cancellation by SBC: SBC will arrange a make-up class within the same session
